Recuperative Care - We offer Recuperative care services, providing short-term residential care for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and are recovering from illness or injury. These services support client’s post-hospital discharge by offering a safe environment to heal while accessing primary care, behavioral health services, case management, and other social supports such as transportation, food, and housing assistance.

Short Term Post Hospitalization - We provide short-term post-hospitalization services that offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals recovering from medical, psychiatric, or substance use treatment immediately after discharge. Our services help clients regain their ability to perform daily activities, receive necessary medical and behavioral health care, and access case management and housing support to promote successful recovery and prevent rehospitalization.

Re Entry services:

We provide re-entry services designed to support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. Our comprehensive approach includes assistance with housing, employment, healthcare access, and connection to social services to promote successful reintegration and reduce recidivism.

Job and Life Skills Training:

We offer job and life skills training programs to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce and daily life. Our training covers resume building, interview preparation, financial literacy, and essential life skills.
